RC Property Services is a Veteran owned and operated small business based out of Mathews County, Virginia. The owner brings over 38 years of experience in the fields of operation, maintenance and capital improvements of commercial and residential facilities, including ranch and farm properties.
SERVICES
We service the Middle Peninsula and surrounding areas and aim for timely communications followed by scheduled site visits for cost estimates and planned service times. Most jobs are performed on a T&M (time and materials) cost basis.

Farm and Ranch
Truax Flex II no-till seed drill This equipment is wheel-driven and pulled from the rear of a tractor. The seed drill can plant in established seed beds as well as perform overseeding in established pastures. The Truax seed drill can plant a variety of seeds from its three individual seed boxes. Multiple seed boxes give you the flexibility to seed native fluffy seeds, cool-season species, small grains, legumes, and wildflowers. Planting can be accomplished as no-till and interseeding in most conditions, as well as on prepared seed beds, to conventional seed beds.
Roads and Site Preparation
Paladin T6 Harley Power Rake The rake is operated from the back of the tractor, off the three-point hitch. It can level and repair gravel and dirt surfaces, such as driveways and access roads. It can also fill potholes and repair washboarding roadways. The power rake can also level and prepare a seedbed for planting grass.
